Dear Prof. Sue Garreis

Dear Mei,
Thank you for your first message. My comments and corrections are written below.Corrections are written in italics.Comments are written in green.

There will be much to write in your thesis!
My aim is to pass
an American certified public accountant examination.
That
is a very ambitious goal. Good luck! Will you take the Japanese exams as well?
My hobbies are cooking, mountain climbing, pictures and games.
What games do you play?
Ifm a cat
person. So, I have three cats. My catsfs names are Cecame, Leek, and
Durian. I love them.
I
love cats, too!
Ifm not good at English.
I'm glad to learn English.
Your
English is very much better than my Japanese. What other languages do you know?
Ifll be looking
forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely yours,
Mei
Mei,
First, an apology: my new website is not working. Sumi massen. I will get it fixed as soon as I can. The webpage contents are attached. They are Word2007 files. If you cannot read them, send me an email right away. This email has one attachment. I will send another word document in another email message very soon.
Second, a question: are you on Facebook? I am on Facebook. You can search for M. Susan Garreis. If you send me a friend request, I will accept it. You do not have to be my friend on Facebook for this course.
Third, a bit of
American culture: my daughter, Kate, graduated on Sunday. She received a
Master's Degree in Social Work. She must find a job now. That is hard in this
economy. It was an exciting day. The ceremony was inside because it rained. We
went to lunch afterward. There were ten people at the lunch.
