Dear Prof. Stiner
Tell me about your favorite holiday.  When is it?  What does it celebrate?  Are there special foods?  What do you do on the holiday?
My favorite holiday is the Chinese New Year.
In China this holiday is on a different day every year. A large title is in February. Often this holiday occurs in February.
I hope that is what you meant.
The thing which is not eaten usually [, such as the Shanghai crab and an abalone, ] is eaten.
Foods which are not usually eaten, such as Shanghai crab and abalone, are eaten at this time.
On this holiday, I am with my family, an intimate friend or a sweetheart.
It talks variously. It sounds like a wonderful celebration!
