Dear Prof. Stiner,
Thank you for your message and your corrections

Homework Answers;
1.A. (1) The last trade on October 31.
(2) I can't understand the mean of
"time of the quote."
I think that
"U.S. Markets open in 6 hours and 28 minutes. Thursday, November 1 2001
3:02 am.
(In
Japanese time, Thursday, November 1 2001 5:02 pm)
The "time of the quote" is the
time at which the stock traded for that price.
Since you look for quotes when our market
is closed, the time of the quote is probably the closing time, about 4 pm in
the US markets.
(3) The stock price were $34.11.
