< The forth message >

Dear Dr. M. Susan Stiner,

Did you receive " the third message" ?

I have sent Mail by mistake, as the message doesn't reach.

I'm sorry. I hope it will get you, as I have sent to it on Tuesday.

The balance sheet is easy for me.

The space is just good, easy to see.

I stidied cheerfully.

Homework:

1.I couldn't find out Elaina's homepage . It doesn't work at all.
2.I interested Elain's art and many pictures.

Answer:

1. The balance sheet presents a snapshot of the investing and
financing activities of a firm at a moment in time.
The balance sheet presents a listing of firm's aseets, liabilities,
and shareholder's equity.
2."Stockholder's equity" means the name for the woners of a
corporation in the U.S.

The Exxon Corporation has many earnings reinvested.

It manages money of Exxon Corporation about a half.

Thank you so much for your message. My comments follow

( finally ) !

Sincerely,

Prof. S. Stiner

Yes, Yuki, I received the third message. By now you should have my

response to it. I was not in the office much last week. I found

four new messages from you when I opened your mailbox. What a

surprise!

Are you saying that you get a message that your mail to me is not

delivered? I think I have received all the messages you sent. If

you have not received a respond from everything you sent, please

tell me. And respond the missing message, if you can, please.

I am so glad you studied cheerfully. Not everyone thought the lesson

was easy.

I know that no one could get Elaina's homepage. I am sorry about

that. I do not know what the problem was.

Very good! Your answers were correct. However, they were in someone

else's words. It is ok to find an answer in a book, and use the words in

the book. When you do that, you must use question marks around the

sentences that are not yours. And you must tell the name of the book,

the author's names, the date of the book, and the page on which you found

the words.

"Stockholder's equity" means the name for the owners of a corporation.

"Stockholder's equity" is the name for the claim the owners have on

the corporation's assets after all the paid.

Yuki, at the end of lesson 3 was a list of vocabulary words. There

will be vocabulary words at the end of several lessons. When you

see the vocabulary list, in the next lesson you must send me the

Japanese word for the English accounting term. Please write in

romajii, because my browser cannot read Japanese. Sumi massen.

For example: English , Japanese

>> teacher , >> sensei

In the next lesson, please send the Japanese words and their English

companion. Thank you.
